PREP Conference 2025

The Panhandle RAC is pleased to announce that we are joining with the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission and assisting with turning the PREP Conference into a two-day format with a great line of speakers that touch all disciplines from an Emergency Response Perspective.

Also, the Panhandle RAC Awards are back! On Thursday, September 18, 2025, the RAC will present awards during the luncheon as well as PRPC Awards will be presented as well.

​

The new 2-day conference will be held on September 17-18, 2025 at the Amarillo Civic Center.  There will also be a REAC/TS pre-conference course sponsored by Pantex, REAC/TS, Panhandle RAC, DSHS, and Randall County Fire on Monday, September 15, and a second offering on Tuesday, September 16.  This is a one day only class and a great start to the conference.  The REAC/TS Class will be held at the Randall County Fire Department Training Center.
