Hospital Corridor

HOSPITALS

Hospitals are voting members and are eligible for funding.  Each licensed hospital is entitled to one general membership vote.  Annual Dues are $1,200.00.

Emergency
Helicopter

AIR MEDICAL

Air Medical Providers are voting members and are eligible for funding.  Each licensed AMP is entitled to one general membership vote.  Annual Dues are $700.00.

FSED

Free Standing Emergency Departments are voting members but are not eligible for funding.  Each Licensed FSED is entitled to one General Membership Vote.  Annual Dues are $750.00

EMS
EMS Providers are voting members and are eligible for funding.  Each licensed EMS provider is entitled to one general membership vote.  Annual Dues are $700.00.
 

Fire Station Interior

Others

First Responder Organizations, Urgent Care Clinics, Physicians, Educational Agencies and others are non voting members and are not eligible for funding.  There are no annual dues.
